It was after careful consideration that I chose to develop a food store, mainly in
short circuit, offering its customers a wide range of products (fruits, vegetables,
cheeses, dairy products, meats, coffee, chocolate, cookies. , jams, condiments,
beers, wines, spirits, non-alcoholic drinks, etc.) coming mainly from local
producers. I have been passionate about food and local producers for many years
The goal of the store is therefore that everyone can find a wide range of the best
local products in one store, knowing that the producers will be paid the right
price. This store will have an area of 170 square meters of net sales area. In fact,
many alternative stores, where the first criterion is local or organic, are very small
and therefore offer a fairly limited range of products. The objective is therefore
to stand out from these competitors by offering a wide enough product range
that will allow customers to do the majority of their shopping in this store.
